At the same time, this also increases the demands on installation, maintenance, and repair. Fortunately, WR-Haustechnik GmbH & Co. KG exists \u2013 a service provider that is the competent partner for precisely these needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kitchen faucets for filtered water, faucets for filtered, chilled, and sparkling water, or drinking systems for boiling water \u2013 multifunctional faucets are trending. This increasing technological advancement is also evident in other areas, such as shower toilets, a combination of toilet and bidet that is standard in Japan and has been gaining popularity in Germany for years. WR-Haustechnik sees great potential in this development \u2013 and is preparing for the new technologies in a timely manner. "For over 25 years, we have focused on customer service for large, renowned sanitaryware manufacturers," explains Managing Director Daniel K\u00f6stlin. "And we consistently keep pace with market developments. Innovations such as multifunctional faucets will therefore play a greater role for us in the future."\u201e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong brands, strong service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The WR Group is a group of companies specializing in technical services such as repair, replacement, maintenance, commissioning, conversion, and retrofitting. Around 300 technicians within the group provide technical services from the roof to the basement. Daniel K\u00f6stlin has worked in the group's plumbing service division for 28 years and has played a key role in its dynamic development. He considers the decision, made 20 years ago, to expand internationally with clients to be groundbreaking. "We work for renowned brands such as Villeroy & Boch, hansgrohe, Kludi, Grohe, Blanco, Laufen, and Hansa, to name just a few," he explains. \u201eFor them, it was important that we, as a service provider, could offer a uniform quality and service standard everywhere, including in the DACH region, especially in areas such as repair, claims processing, exchange, and installation. Many customers operate in the kitchen faucet sector, a segment that has undergone significant technological development in recent years. In Germany, there are approximately 40,000 installers, and not all of them are able to keep pace with the rapid market developments due to their size, structure, or focus. We saw an opportunity here and adapted to these technically more complex products in a timely manner so that we could provide support during product installation. Against the backdrop of a sluggish construction industry, we also see great potential for ourselves in this area.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competent, objective, friendly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WR-Haustechnik employs 25 people in its office, specializing in bathrooms and kitchens. In addition, there are 110 field technicians, contract partners, mostly small installation companies trained by WR-Haustechnik. "For us, it's not just about being able to rely on competent HVAC specialists, but also about them embodying certain social values. A friendly and respectful approach to our customers is a given. We frequently deal with complaints, a sensitive issue where it's crucial to remain objective, clear, and friendly. The many positive Google reviews we receive demonstrate our success in this regard."\u201e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the market and the customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WR-Haustechnik impresses with its professional and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and consistent customer focus. In the future, the company aims to strengthen its market position not only through a strong focus on technically sophisticated products such as multifunctional faucets, shower toilets, and other digitalized products, but also through new sales channels. "We will continue to evolve in line with market demands," says Daniel K\u00f6stlin, "whether that involves new, technologically advanced products or new sales channels."\u201e<\/p>\n\n\n\n
