The following qualifications are important for the position:

You have successfully completed technical or commercial training.
Prior professional experience in a similar consulting or technical role is advantageous.
Confident handling of customer service over the telephone
Interest in technical contexts, ideally in the field of building technology or automation
Flexibility and a genuine enjoyment of working with customers are among your strengths.
You enjoy solving technical challenges.
Proficient use of common MS Office applications
Prior experience with a CRM system would be desirable.
Excellent German skills are a must.
