The following qualifications are important for the position:

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlich beratenden oder technischen Tätigkeit sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang in der Kundenberatung am Telefon
  • Interesse für technische Zusammenhänge, idealerweise im Umfeld Gebäudetechnik oder –Automatisierung
  • Flexibilität sowie die Freude am Umgang mit Kunden zeichnen dich aus
  • Du hast Spaß am Lösen von technischen Herausforderungen
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem CRM-System wären wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
