The following qualifications are important for the position:

  • Completed vocational training with a commercial background or comparable qualification
  • Confident handling of IT, especially MS Office
  • You like to pick up the phone and already have experience in customer service and advice
  • For you, the focus is on the customer (m/f/d) and his concerns
  • You enjoy working in a small team with a high level of personal responsibility and like structured work processes
  • Ideally, you have an understanding of technical products and connections or are interested in learning this
