The following qualifications are important for the position:

  • Metal workers, locksmiths, carpenters, glaziers, sun protection mechatronics engineers/roller shutter builders or all-rounders with comparable technical training
  • You already have experience as a customer service technician/service technician
  • You are a communicative team player
  • You enjoy daily customer contact
  • You work mostly in your region and occasionally take on assembly projects with colleagues
  • You are service-oriented and have a high understanding of quality
