Strong brands, strong service
The WR Group is a group of companies specializing in technical services such as repair, replacement, maintenance, commissioning, conversion, and retrofitting. Around 300 technicians within the group provide technical services from the roof to the basement. Daniel Köstlin has worked in the group's plumbing service division for 28 years and has played a key role in its dynamic development. He considers the decision, made 20 years ago, to expand internationally with clients to be groundbreaking. "We work for renowned brands such as Villeroy & Boch, hansgrohe, Kludi, Grohe, Blanco, Laufen, and Hansa, to name just a few," he explains. „For them, it was important that we, as a service provider, could offer a uniform quality and service standard everywhere, including in the DACH region, especially in areas such as repair, claims processing, exchange, and installation. Many customers operate in the kitchen faucet sector, a segment that has undergone significant technological development in recent years. In Germany, there are approximately 40,000 installers, and not all of them are able to keep pace with the rapid market developments due to their size, structure, or focus. We saw an opportunity here and adapted to these technically more complex products in a timely manner so that we could provide support during product installation. Against the backdrop of a sluggish construction industry, we also see great potential for ourselves in this area.“
Competent, objective, friendly
WR-Haustechnik employs 25 people in its office, specializing in bathrooms and kitchens. In addition, there are 110 field technicians, contract partners, mostly small installation companies trained by WR-Haustechnik.
